- Provide strategic support to the businesses in the development of a talent management strategy that supports business goals and drives employee engagement and succession planning through talent development and coaching in partnership with the Talent Management and Diversity Center of Expertise.
- Effectively communicates the impact of HR strategies, programs/services on business performance and makes strategic and program recommendations based on market conditions/trends. Provides necessary coaching to staff on communicating business impact
- Partner with business leaders to drive the performance management process (PfS) and to identify and champion career development needs within the business. Drive the year-end process for the business in collaboration with the Business Leaders, HR Leader, and Rewards team.
- Tailors solutions and communications to the interests and needs of the audience, and anticipates likely reactions. Leverages internal/external relationship to increase effectiveness. Deals directly with the challenges and restates ideas without being defensive
- Engage business/geography leaders in non-traditional approaches and practices with ability to influence multiple parties in conflict resolution situations.
- Help Create, implement and support competitive attraction/retention strategies for the businesses in partnership with the Staffing and Rewards team.
- Advises and consults on the staffing strategy and hiring decisions of leaders and other 10% key strategic positions in partnership with business/geography leadership.
- Oversee and provide expertise, guidance and coaching in all areas of employee relation for the businesses.
- Apply experience and knowledge to develop innovative enhancements to significantly 10% improve existing processes.
