Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for working with the business units to provide support from a strategic standpoint and implement annual plans to meet with the business needs.
- Initiate and drive organisational effectiveness or change management plans in the organisation.
- Responsible for conducting talent reviews, succession planning and movement of talent within the organisation.
- Ability to accurately identify people related issues and provide the necessary HR Support.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives in the organisation.
Preferred Candidate :
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Post Graduate Degree (Full Time) from Tier1/Tier 2 Institutions.
- Strong Stakeholder Management.
- Should be comfortable with matrix organisation.
- Should have experience in a growing/entrepreneurial setup.
-Should have experience in Change Management/Organisational Development
