We are in search of a suitable candidate for the position of Manager/ Sr Manager HRBP for our client, a world-renowned Japanese Automotive MNC, having multiple plants in India.
The position will be located at Gurgaon.
MBA (Full Time), with minimum 10 years experience in managing a medium to large size manufacturing unit. This is a corporate role based at one of the units. Strong man management skills and leadership quality is essential for this position.
Brief JD:
1. Organization restructuring, HR planning, and succession planning.
2. HR strategies as per the need of the units.
3. Diversity management at workplace
4. HR strategies making for hierarchy management.
5. Advance short term/ long term HR Planning.
6. Suggest improvements to increase departmental performances.
7. New Systems & Policies introduction
8. HR Dynamics as per needs
9. T&D of units and individual.
10. Training effectiveness evaluation
11. Performance appraisal.
12. Employee engagement.
13. Workplace harmony, Grievance handling.
NB: Not more than 3 job changes in 10 Years.
