Position Name: Senior Manager- HRBP
Job Location: Talegaon
Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Education: Full time MBA / PGDBM in HR specialization
Key Responsibility:
- Partnering with Business Leader to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies, that directly supports and enables business objectives.
- Responsible for collaborating and engaging with Leaders, Head of departments with over~ 450+ employees.
- Understand BU challenges and thrust areas and plan tailored HR actions to support business, with a strong matrix environment.
- Responsible for Hiring quality talent, Career growth opportunities and retaining key employees within the BU.
- Planning and implementing the complete PMP process with effective partnering with the BU Leaders.
- Ensure Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are in place for all employees and work with the leadership team for timely completion of the development areas.
- Drive programs targeted at competency enhancement trainings, leveraging L&D COE and other external / internal resources.
- Ability to drive Talent and Organization Review process with the Business stakeholders.
- Reorganizing and restructuring as per the Business needs and implementing Succession Planning for key leadership roles.
- Benchmark the Company policies with best in the industry and ensure the same is communicated across the across the organization and addressing queries.
- Drive Culture transformation through effective engagement for all employees.
- Organize Employee Engagement Survey, Employee Communication Meetings, Employee awards, and various employee engagement activities.
- Administration and management of all compliance procedures under various Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act & Labour laws etc.
- Should have knowledge and experience of handling IR
