Job Description:
- Set up the HR analytics practice for the organisation from scratch
- Strategise and implement analytical solutions to stakeholders which includes interpreting data, building a story around it and presenting the same to the HR and Business stakeholders
- Formulate approaches and gather data to solve business problems, develop conclusions and present solutions through formal deliverables
- Work on Data Analytics tools to create and deliver real time dashboards based on accurate data
Requirements (Only relevant candidates will be reached out to) -
- MBA from a Tier 1 B School or Engineering college is a MUST
- At least 8-10 years of experience in HR Analytics in Tech Product/Internet organisations is a MUST
- Working experience on Power BI and/or Tableau is mandatory
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of socializing analytical models to internal clients, senior management, and peers
- Knowledge of statistical tools like Python/R/R Studio will be preferred
