Senior Manager - Hindsighting - Commercial Vehicles/Healthcare Finance

ROLE SUMMARY

- The Incumbent will be responsible for doing hind sighting activity based on sampling. The job will involve to audit the sampled files & shared findings with Senior Management and Policy team along with steps for necessary corrections.

- The incumbent will review risk files and publish the reports on monthly basis. Job will also include consistent improvement in quality of files, policy gaps, process gaps and taking adequate measure to resolve such gaps.

- Apart from file based Hindsighting, it will also include data base Hindsighting where policy parameters would be checked basis the data entered in system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities:

- Discussion of observations with Seniors - National Credit Head and Chief Credit Officer

- Preparation of Final Report and roll out to all the stakeholders

- Presentation of key observations to Senior Management on periodic basis

Core Responsibilities

- Review of Policy Parameters, Documentation check, Analysis of observations for necessary correction in credit appraisal process

- Building Sampling Logic to extract samples for Hind sighting

- Preparing Data Quality Report which highlights the quality of critical data points captured in system basis the physical files

- Preparation of Score Cards for Credit Managers based on observations captured from sampled files

People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:

- Active participation in process re-engineering related to product handled in Hind sighting

- Collaborate with Risk, Operation & Policy team for any change in the process/policy.

- Self-driven, goal oriented & dynamic in nature.

Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities :

- Identify the gaps in the process & highlights to the Senior Management

- Suggestion for changes in Policy
