Job Title: Lead SAP and Allied Applications

Qualification: B. Tech /B.E./MBA/MCA/ MSc/MTech with overall IT experience of 17+ years and minimum 8-10 years of experience as SAP Lead in Pharmaceutical / Chemical / Life science industry

Total Experience: 17+ years

Level:5-II

Position Reports Into: CIO

Team Size: 8

Technical Skills

1. Experience in managing all SAP Modules (FICO, MM, PP-QM, SD, PM, PPM and HCM) and other Allied application like Document Management Systems (Documentum), Quality Management Systems (Trackwise) etc.

2. Experience in managing project - project plan, project governance, budgeting, resource allocation, risk and quality management

3. Experience in leading end to end SAP implementation. Experience on S4 Hana /upgrade would be preferred

4. Strong understanding of business value/business benefits and expertise in calculating ROIfor IT initiatives.

5. Must have knowledge of Software development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validations (CSV).

6. Must have experience in supporting internal and external audits (Client / Regulatory).

7. Experience in Managing third party vendor services, contract and SLA management.

8. Experience with multiple project delivery methodologies waterfall, agile scrum, project Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for leading SAP operation and support for enterprise applications - FICO, MM, PP-QM, SD, PM, PPM and HCM) and other Allied application like Document Management Systems (Documentum), Quality Management Systems (Trackwise).

2. Responsible for vendor evaluation and implementation of S4 Hana

3. Implement new projects/solutions as per business needs. Coordinates between scientists and vendor for any solution development /implementation

4. Develop a strategy and implementation plan for process improvisations across various business verticals . Ensure post implementation review with defined success criteria

5. Supports & Manage SAP Integrations across multiple enterprise applications like LIMS, Trackwise and Documentum.

6. Ensures that systems & processes are always in Audit ready state. Target is to have Zero Critical & Zero Major audit findings during the client & regulatory audit.

7. Establish governance process to prioritize & track the operational support activities

8. Manage the process of change control as per Change Authority Board guidelines for all the necessary SAP changes. Ensure Change management process and follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validations (CSV)to ensure 21 CFR part 11 compliance across GxP environment.

9. Responsible for monitoring of SAP license toensure optimal usage across organization. Maintain an appropriate SLM structure for the organization, to include, e.g., SLA structure within the organization.

10. Responsible for managing SAP development group for new enhancement/reporting/building analyticalcapability across the Organization process.

11. Focus on near zero downtime for SAP/ enterprise application for planned and unplanned downtime.

12. Develops and maintains lean and efficient ways of working, policies, guidelines and procedures for the department to ensure consistency and quality.
