Senior Manager/Head - Retail Sales - Insurance

- Having experience in Direct Sales, Retail & Distribution Channel for entire region.

- Having experience handling Direct sales Agents (for HA Products.

- To ensure maximum revenue for the company.

- Manpower recruitment & team guidance through making work plans, setting targets and initiating calls and client meetings with the team members.

- To Supervise and administrate of undergoing field jobs.

- Product distribution in the eastern market through proper channels and in the process undertaking training and manpower recruitment so as to get the product sold.
