Senior Manager/Head - Quality - Agriculture (10-20 yrs)
We are currently hiring for a Quality Head (Sr. Manager Quality) for one of our reputed client.
They are looking for a candidate from the Seeds background having BSc/ MSc Agri or Plant Pathology. Working in the Quality department and having knowledge of ISO 9001, DBT and Seed certifications.
Responsibilities & Key Deliverable :
1. Derive the quality function by ensuring adherence to the company's quality standards for products, and also key check specs for processes for Mini tuber facilities, corporate farming and field generation, including storage and logistics, until delivery to customers.
2. Successful auditing and certification for ISO 9001, DBT, Seed certification
3. Quality Assurance (Ensure compliance to agreed specs)
4. Help complaint handling for the quality OKed material, for better insights at consumer levels, and realign the processes to meet consumer expectations
5. Capacity building training, on how to improve quality.
6. Execution of CSR projects
