Sr Manager / Head - Product Manager What You Will Be Doing : - 10+ years in Product Management in Enterprise B2B Software - Develop and execute on a three-year road map for your area of the product to illustrate our vision and plan into the future - Create user stories for current and future products based on the market's problems, talking with customers, partners, and analysts to bring in outside viewpoints and needs. - Manage the entire product line lifecycle from sunsetting legacy products to prototyping and testing new features/products and ideas by working closely with R&D/Marketing to build and launch features. - Manage and prioritize the release planning as well as develop products using Dual Track Agile and SaFe frameworks - Understand how teams learn quickly; high comfort with rapid prototyping and incremental agile improvements to deliver value to customers. You ensure we ship well-crafted product, always on time. - Knowledge of B2B and/or EDI-based integration is a plus - Industry knowledge in Supply Chain eCommerce - Ability to express complex technical and functional concepts effectively - Tolerance for ambiguity, creativity in strategy and execution tactics, and always improving on the status quo Requirements : - Must be from B2B (Enterprise Product) Background. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Communications, or related, or equivalent relevant experience. - MBA would be preferred - Knowledge of B2B and EDI data integration is a plus - Must have experience with design and architecture of integration solutions - Domain expertise - supply chain, E-commerce and manufacturing
