- Overall Finance controller - Maintaining accounts
- Fund management and Forex management
- Arrange fund from Bank for working capital, term loan for capital expenditure etc. Renewal of bank limits. Ensure proper fund utilization, Arrangement of Bank audit.
- Governess - compliance management, internal audit
- Taxation & Legal compliances
- Internal Control
- Overview of IT
- MIS Ensure timely reporting of Flash, corporate or AMC data etc. Internal reporting and highlighting budget variances if any
- Secretarial
- Arrangement of all meetings like board meeting, audit committee meeting with directors
