Marketing Head (Senior Manager)

Luxury Charter Aviation Company in Mumbai

Salary range upto 24 Lacs PA

- As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our client luxury charter aviation services and enhance brand awareness.

- You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer loyalty.

- This role requires a strategic thinker, a creative mind, and a passion for delivering exceptional marketing experiences in the luxury travel industry.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration would be advantageous.

- Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, preferably within the luxury travel, aviation, or hospitality industry.

- Strong understanding of luxury marketing principles, brand management, and customer segmentation strategies.

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

- Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.

- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and translate ideas into compelling marketing initiatives.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve marketing objectives.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and achieving targets.

- Familiarity with aviation regulations and industry trends would be an advantage.
