Senior Manager/Head - Internal Audit - CA - NBFC

We are representing one of our clients which is an NBFC based in Mumbai and is looking to hire an Internal Audit Specialist

Job Title : Senior Manager & Head - Internal Audit

Job Location : Andheri, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- Who would be at an HO level, responsible for developing & implementing internal audit framework across the organization and across the functions

- Prepare audit plans and ensure that internal audits are performed as per approved scope and audit program

- Ensure that audit effort is aimed at review appropriateness of systems/procedures for various processes

- Hold closing meetings with function heads of audited process/function/business and ensure that all issues are appropriately closed with the action plans and due dates

- Highlight and present key audit issues to the audit committee

- Coordinate with external auditors when required

Requirements-

- Seeking CA's (1st or 2nd attempt) with 6+ years experience in Big 4 in Audit/Risk Advisory functions or with Banks / NBFCs / HFCs / Insurance firms with audit/compliance exposure

- Systematic, Energetic and Detail oriented

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Strong verbal and written communication in English

- Ability, knowledge and direct experience of designing internal audit processes and systems
