Experience: 15-25 Years of relevant experience in Pharma industry
Industry: Pharma (only)
Qualification: MBA OR B.Pharma.
Job Description:
- Visiting Clients' Offices for Meetings & Presentations.
- Overall Business Development
- Trials & Tech pack Initiation and Devlp.
- Conducting Review Meetings of Business Development Team, Techpack Trials, Packaging & Planning, Accounts & Co-ordination Team.
- Overall Client Interaction.
- Interaction with various Departments at Mfg. Units (QA/ QC/ PRODUCTION/ LOGISTICS/ REGULATORY/ STORES).
- Participating in Exhibitions.
- Lining up Audits at Plant & Conducting them successfully.
- Conducting Interviews.
- Preparation of promotional material.
Desired Skills:
- Servicing clients (Pharma Companies).
- Having knowledge of Party to Party (P2P), Loan Lien, and Contract Manufacturing.
- Identification of clients / finalizing products / planning orders / servicing further.
- Coordinating for timely execution of orders as per the requirements of clients.
- To generate business from existing and newly developed clients.
- Coordinate with all the departments internally along with all departments of the client and resolve all issues pertaining to the execution of orders/artworks / commercial terms / regulatory affairs / legal / accounting etc.
