Sr. Manager / Head of Biostatistics Department / Manager (Clinical Research Domain) RESPONSIBILITIES : - Overall responsibility of SAS and Biostatistics team - Lead a team of Biostatistics and SAS programmers and ensure timely completion of Project Activities - Provide training to the members in Biostatistics and SAS Team - Continuous Mentoring and Training to develop team. - Proper plan of resource recruitment and utilization as per the assigned benchmark Review & provide statistical inputs on : - Sample Size calculation justification - Study protocols - Randomization - Statistical Analysis Plan - Analysis Datasets - CRF and data validation plan - Statistical Analysis (TLGs) and Clinical Study Report - Guide the Biostatisticians to complete the activities as per study requirements Maintaining system & process : - Conformance to quality and regulatory compliances - Monitoring the team to follow SOPs in all statistical activities
