Senior Manager - Growth Strategy - Internet/Online (3-6 yrs)
Strategy to execution :
- Take complete ownership of key central growth initiatives right from conceptualization to hypothesis building, run A/B experiments to test hypothesis and arrive at decisions for home page changes
- Work with business teams and guide leaders on traffic allocation, homepage property usage and communication channels like notifications, emails, off the platform, etc
- Analyse large sets of data to identify growth initiatives across the user engagement funnel across both web and app signups, activation, usage, churn, etc.
- Can understand business AOPs and build top-down approach to help achieve the same.
- Collaborate with other business teams and product leaders across the org to ideate and find winwin solutions on common objectives across growth and customer experience
- Identify problem statements, define approach, work on the solutions, and communicate findings/ recommendations independently and effectively
