Senior Manager - Growth - NGO/Education

- The ideal candidate should be an enterprising person with fair exposure to government programmes, CSRs, operating procedures/departments.

- Responsible to generate revenue from CSR's & Direct State Government projects.

- Ability to network via social media & various events and references.

- To initiate and bring the CSR's and Government organisations to the discussion table after identifying suitable business proposition for the company.

- Writing proposals and involved in costing of the project.

- Responsible for payment collection from Government Departments and CSR/NGO collaborations.

- Ability to identify Consultants and generate business through this channel.

- Ability to identify Marketing opportunities.

- Open to travel across India.

- Analytical skills, PPT preparation, Excel, Data Management.

- Minimum experience in the same field 6 to 8 years and overall experience 10 to 12 years.
