As Senior Manager for Growth & New Initiatives, you will identify new areas where working professionals are looking to get skilled through high-quality blended learning programs. You will then design and develop such programs in collaboration with SMEs, academic experts, and potential customers through a rapid prototyping cycles.
Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):
- Taking ownership of new business initiatives, which includes the evaluation, definition and operational rollout of new offerings
- Building new educational products by strengthening and building on existing assets
- Designing the structure for our new offerings, and creating curriculum with the help of industry and academic experts
- Collaborating with Academic and Operations teams to ensure a seamless experience and excellent learning outcomes for students in our new programs
- Working with leading corporates to validate programs and solicit involvement in our programs, in areas ranging from content to recruitment
- Proactively monitoring market trends to identify new offerings and delivery models
- Pro-actively contributing to overall growth strategy and execution including new offerings, formats, locations and subject areas
Relevant Background:
- Post graduate or equivalent with at-least 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter
- Ability to work in close coordination with senior management on critical time sensitive business initiatives
