A varied role for Group Consolidation and Quality control aspirants who is a Qualified CA and currently a Senior Manager or an Assistant Vice President as it will be a lateral move. It involves people management, SLA Management, Change Management, Stakeholder management. A Senior Manager would be someone who has good understanding of Group consolidation, IFRS reporting standards, R2R, Closure of books of accounts etc and who belong to BFSI Domain. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial package for Executive and Corporate Management. Compile and maintain supporting schedules related to reporting. - Manage the monthly consolidation of all company entities. - Produce all key monthly financial reports including the book. - Manage the forecast process for consolidated entities. - Making sure that Quality assurance reports are reviewed and delivered to the Finance Controllers/Directors as per plan. - Play a key role in global financial and accounting process/policy improvements THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE&nbsp; - A qualified CA with 10+ years of experience in the Banking and Financial Industry along with exposure in R2R. - Ability to understand complex products, and analyze transaction and process flows - Understanding of IFRS Reporting Standards is a must. - Strategic thinking and vision WHATS IN FOR YOU - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations/function of the company. - Liaise extensively with stakeholders
