Senior Manager/GM - Sales & Strategy/Projects - EdTech (5-10 yrs)
Our client is a leading EdTech Company with operations pan India.
Position - Sr.Manager/GM/AGM/Assoc. Director - Sales ( Based on Seniority)
Location - Bangalore ( Mobility Expected)
Purpose:
To manage whole or part of strategic Business / project teams / assignments that have a direct impact on the business expansion and growth of the organization.
Key Role Elements:
- To be part of, or manage project teams or programs in different business areas, such as Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Logistics and Supply Chain, etc., as per the business and program requirements, and take the Programs to desired outcomes.
- To provide effective leadership to the Project / Program team, as in scope.
- To provide clear Coaching/ guidance to ensure individual and team success.
- To ensure development, engagement and retention of team members.
- To work with and manage multiple stakeholders effectively and collaboratively to ensure role objectives are met.
- To maintain an agile outlook and attitude to ensure continuous learning, adaptation and assimilation within the dynamic business environment.
Requirements:
Qualification - BE/ B. Tech and / or MBA from a Tier 1 Institute
