Core Skills : - Define Procurement Strategies policies and preparation of solution design documentations. - Collaborate with cross functional Local and Global team on providing right procurement process and technology solution. - Hands on experience in managing tenured procurement professional buyers and influence/Coach them to achieve greater goals and objectives. - Excellent in influencing and convincing with strong drive towards Value engineering workshops and Supplier relationship management. - Quality knowledge on topics likes Key Risk Assessment, Transition Risk Assessment, lean sigma methodology, FMEA, DFM, DMAIC, etc. - Application Knowledge and Proficiency in negotiation tools and skills (e.g. Should Cost and eRFX, etc.) - Independent thinker, go-getter attitude and very good team player and motivator - Good understanding on Stakeholder management and Conflict management skills with hands on experience in past/current role. - Should have experience in managing commercial and contract negotiation skills. - Should have experience in handling audits (internal and external) and ISO documentation process and procedures. Competencies : - Metrics-driven. Able to translate strategy into measurable operational goals and objectives. Disciplined in assessing performance and addressing problems. - Strong expertise in stake holder management Qualification required : - Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business Studies - 12+years with significant functional and Leadership experience in leading highly skilled teams - Procurement experience must.
