Our client is a leading global IT consulting and IT service provider head quartered in California, USA, with operations in California, India, Singapore, China, United Arab Emirates, and Ireland. The company has been founded in 2000 with operating revenue of USD 24.7 M, and an expert technical employee base ranging from 501-1,000. Delivering a broad portfolio of IT services to its global clients, such as Google, Apple, Sony, and Cisco to cite a few.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Sr. Manager-Global HR, who has prior extensive exposure and experience in global human resource management. The ideal professional will have 10 plus years' experience in global Human Resources practices, with a comprehensive understanding of international labor laws, policies, and procedures. The role will be responsible for candidate management, employee relations across countries and willingness to work in Pacific Standard Time. Although current processes exist, there is great opportunity for development and refinement.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Handling Global onboarding of resources in multiple countries including managing team (5+) of country specific managers and team members.

- Initiate and manage the onboarding process for all new hires, including offer letters, background screenings, drug tests, document collection, orientation details as per company Process & Client requirement.

- Enhances the organization's Onboarding by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

- Organize, streamline, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires based on the client requirements.

- Review of workflow processes, methods, and policies in terms of onboarding/offboarding as per the best industry practices.

- Provide exceptional service support to candidates via phone/ e-mail etc.

- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state labor requirements, scheduling required employee and manager trainings, conducting investigations, and maintenance of documentation.

- Co-ordination with client for their Onboarding compliances.

- Candidate-centric attributes with the ability to work effectively and professionally with both internal and external team members. Use judgment to escalate, when needed.

- Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to off boarding; is responsible for accurate processing of HR transactions and reporting

- Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.

- Support Operation's team in creating documentation and implementing various HR related policies, practices, and processes to ensure the Onboarding & Exit Steps as per company Process

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred

- 10+ Years of Experience in HR with 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role

- PHR or SHRM certification a plus

- Preference to valid US B1/B2 visa candidates

- Flexible to travel overseas based on the business requirement

- Highly proactive in approach and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to assess candidate needs and adjust communication style accordingly

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
