CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Key Areas of Accountability :
- Play a pivotal role in setting up structured liaising plan, develop, administer, and evaluate activities and operations related to the Governmental affairs and Ministries
- Represent an issue pertaining to policy interpretation & clarification to the respective Authorities (i.e. Central / State Govt. & Independent bodies) in conjunction with respective Business Team/ Consultant for resolving the disputes at Group level.
- Provide day-to-day advice/opinions and to formulate strategy to be adopted for a case/ matter at various forums.
- Maintaining & augmenting relationship with various government officials of various Departments / Ministries & Authorities.
- Keeping a foresight at the bureaucratic & political atmosphere and its impact on entire Group Companies.
- Creating and communicating a favorable image for entire Group Companies in front of the Government Departments / Ministries & Authorities.
- Help businesses on Procedural SOPs for compliance to cut down potential litigations.
- Getting the Approvals, Permissions from the required Industry, doing follow-up with the Government Departments.
