Responsibility :
Reporting into the Learning & OH head,you will be responsible for :
- In consultation with Senior Management of the Bank, Develop,maintain and sustain the learning strategy for the organisation.
- Manage Learning delivery across the Bank (Retail Banking, Corporate Banking & Corporate Center) including: Training Need Identification in consultation with Business Heads/Designing of Training Calendar/Program Announcements and rollouts/Design, development, delivery of the programs/Post delivery tracking/MIS/ Feedback
LMS Management :
- Assess and enhance LMS functionalities by liasing with the vendor / IT team,E-Learning content development in consultation with Business Teams, Development of Bank wide mandatory E-Learning courses Content Management
Reporting & MIS :
- Managing all types of regulatory reporting/Publishing of Monthly / Quarterly dashboards for Business / HR teams /Learning analytics for quality improvement
As a successful candidate :
You should have 10-12 years of experience in Functional Training in financial services with familiarity on how to setup up e learning platforms.
