- Create and execute strategy for Pricing and Profitability team to pull together customer profitability, pricing and market data.

- Manage a team of individuals and matrixed teams focused on defining data requirements and delivering on data initiatives using an agile approach.

- Manage the research, insights, and data quality strategies for a functional area with impact across a business line, lines, or with some companywide impact

- Lead and develop a team of high performing finance / technology professionals who serve as deliver on projects related to Pricing and probability

- Experience partnering in either a Finance and/or Business Management leadership capacity and providing insights/recommendations to senior management

- Ensure connectivity of financial data ecosystem and toolsets to optimize financial processes

- Interpret and develop product enhancements recommending product pricing, distribution strategies, and performance measurements

- Provide leadership in moving system to target data environment and in establishing data and metadata quality goals

- Ensure the design and implementation of initiatives to achieve those goals within assigned line of business or businesses

- Manage the development of audits and controls structured around business processes and data quality target state, and standards for metadata content and documentation

- Develop and maintain a roadmap for line of business data quality target state

- Define measurement standards

- Provide leadership in developing and ensuring adherence to a data integrity governance framework

- Collaborate with business partners to achieve consistent agreement and application of definitions, measurements and interpretation

- Serve as liaison to leadership to ensure data integrity strategy is aligned with business strategy

- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives

- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
