Job Title & Location : Senior Manager (Insolvency & Forensic) - Mauritius


Must Have: Working experience in BIG-4 


KRA :

- Manage project teams in the delivery of large and complex insolvency, restructuring and independent business review mandates, locally and cross-border;

- Investigate a wide range of issues such as fraud, bribery and regulatory breaches by working alongside lawyers on disputes, litigations and regulatory matters, as well as helping clients to prevent or mitigate crises;

- Design client solutions and develop client deliverables such as assignment reports and presentations;

- Be responsible for credit management and liaison with various stakeholders on debt collection;

- Undertake and lead business development through active pursuits by identifying leads, converting leads to expressions of interests, proposals and client engagements; andLead teams and build synergies while coaching junior consultants on various best practices, methods and processes

- Timely delivery on projects

Scope of work :

- Exposure to work for other member firm also(country practice)

Desired Experience :

- Qualified accountant with at least 5 years- experience in undertaking insolvency, restructuring, Independent Business Reviews and forensics assignments including investigations, disputes and litigation;

- Strong understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements; well-versed with the provisions of the Insolvency Act 2009 and Companies Act 2001;

- Complex Stakeholder Management and negotiations experience;

- Strong network of work-winning relationships;

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral;

- Confidence and presence, with credibility at the highest levels;

- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills;

- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; and

- Ability to develop and maintain good client relationships.
