Sr Manager - Financial Reporting (Insurance Industry) - (7+ Years) We are looking for a CA Qualified with at least 7 years of experience in IGAAP, IND AS, SEBI and IRDAI regulations. In addition to a Life Insurance experience in Financial Reporting. Location - Gurgaon Your future employer: The largest non-bank private-sector life insurer in India. Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting & Preparation of financial statements, monthly review with CFO and quarterly update to Audit Committee/Board 2. Group Reporting & Co-ordinating with promoters and provide the requisite details as and when required 3. Ensuring timely submission of Audit committee/Board deliverables, review of policies approved by Audit Committee/Board and closure of ATR's 4. Managing Statutory audits, Internal audits including ICFR 5. Ensuring compliances with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, IRDAI and SEBI regulations 6. Ensuring timely compliances with SEBI regulations. Requirements: 1. Chartered Accountant or MBA (Top Institute) 2. Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience post qualification 3. Life Insurance experience in Financial Reporting 4.
