Description:

- Preparation of quarterly / yearly financial statements.

- Supervising the quarterly review of the Company.

- Ensuring monthly closure of books of accounts.

- Ensuring reconciliations of accounts receivables / payables / head count, etc.

- Ensuring month end closure entries are appropriately recognized.

- Ensuring compliance with SEBI LODR, Revised schedule III, Companies act, etc.

- Preparation of quarterly schedules for the limited review.

- Assisting leadership group in significant transactions in terms of acquisition, restructuring, working capital adjustments on account of merger, etc.

- Coming up with technical guidance on specific transactions entered by the Company.

- Coaching team members in terms of day to day work requirements, accounting standards, etc.

- Hiring of appropriate resource in the financial reporting department.

- In-depth knowledge of IFRS/IND AS
