Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare the Business Plan
- Monitor the performance against the planned strategy
- Develop guidelines, templates, policies and procedures for collation, analysis and distribution of MIS
- Company level budgeting and coordinating with functions
- Preparation of SBU wise revenue budgets
- Track actual performance against budget and determine reasons for variation (Variance Analysis)
- Periodic review of Business Plan
- Assess impact of changes to budgets
- Managing and coordinating the business weekly operational forecasting process and annual budgeting process and rolling the forecast model.
