- Preparation of business and product level P&L, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis,
- Automation of processes and digitization of manual tasks; insight sharing to senior management, Strategy and BU heads on business performance and strategy.
- Aligning figures from system to business actuals, consolidating differences, addressing business queries.
- Assisted in development of databases, MIS systems, and data extraction/mining tools.
- Assisted in creation/development of business drivers, and streamlining processes for cost and revenue allocation across business segments and units.
- Financial modelling on various scenarios with respect to business
