Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Media

The Job:

You will perform the key role of financial analysis from a business perspective, covering forecasts, performance analytics and variances for both revenues and costs. You will be required to communicate and present your analyses as inputs for key management decisions. Key deliverables will include :

- Analysis of current and past trends in KPIs covering revenue, cost of sales and expenses

- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance

- Zero Base budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting

- Long term business planning

- Performance improvement inputs, evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and ROI

- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

- Analyze complex financial information to provide financial recommendations for decisions

- Work closely with the leadership to formulate medium to long term financial and strategic plan

- Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team

- Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership

Your Profile:

- You must be a CA/MBA with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in business and financial planning and analytics. An ability to understand business and the application of financial metrics for decision making is critical to the role. You should have worked in the core areas of financial planning and analysis including the usage of advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Past experience of interacting with business leadership and understanding their perspective on performance evaluation and strategy is important. Familiarity with SAP is highly preferred. This is a senior, Individual Contributor role.
