Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG/Consumer Durables

JOB TITLE : SR. MANAGER FP&A

JOB SUMMARY :

The FP&A role will be responsible for leading the annual budgeting process and regular forecasts to project the expected future business performance. The person will be expected to provide decision support to CFO / Country GM by performing variance analysis on actuals, business trends and past results on potential growth and improvement opportunities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS :

- Working with Leadership Team to prepare Budgets and Forecasts

- Performing variance analysis for actual results vs Budgets or Forecasts and suggest improvement opportunities

- Provide detailed analysis and commentary for Monthly actual results for Group reporting

- Profitability analysis for Customers, Channels and Business Units

- Provide decision support to the Leadership team through financial analysis and information

- Prepare competitor analysis, market trends

- Creating Financial model to project 3-5 years growth to help understand the business factors impacting growth and profitability

- Perform capital budgeting for investments opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS : CA/MBA with 8-10 years of experience, preferably in Consumer goods

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

- Exposure to HFM, Anaplan, JDE desirable

- Expert level on Excel, Access, and Power Point
