Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FinTech (5-8 yrs)
A leading fintech unicorn is looking for a Senior Manager - FP&A. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping the company achieve growth by working on company financial planning and analysis with deep business understanding, strong work ethic & rigor in financial modeling.
Responsibilities :
- Help build FP&A processes and charter for the Company
- Influence CXO decision making through strong data dashboards and deep insights
- Work on modeling of Annual Operating Plan with scenario analysis. Drive decision making on spending and investments for the year.
- Drive delivery of key Company P&L metrics of topline and bottomline
- Drive delivery of key business metrics through strong analysis and high integrity dashboards
- Help build a robust forecast process and deliver high forecast accuracy
- Help set up and drive strong budgeting process for all business units
- Use technology to set up strong and reliable processes to automate
- Support Business Due Diligence during fund raise
- Partner with other Finance managers to set up a strong finance function within the Company
Requirements :
- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with 5 - 8 years of experience
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to efficiently communicate financial results to multi-functional team.
- Strong business partnering and collaboration skills.
- High degree of proficiency with technology and ERP systems
- Experience of partnering with business and delivering business results
