Job Profile : Manager / Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Experience : 5 to 10 years

Location : Gurgaon

Qualification : C.A / MBA (Finance) Full Time/ Only female candidates

Skills : Must have experience in Variance Analysis, Budgeting, Planning & Analysis

- Liase with functional teams to collate and aggregate data and prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts

- Prepare Operations Dashboard on key financial metrics

- Prepare a long term business plan, highlighting the movement of key indicators like Net Sales, EBITDA, etc. by taking direction from the Annual Budget and inputs from senior management.

- Analyze the goodwill position for historical investments made and assess the extent to which it is to be impaired.

- Basis research and analysis, carry out industry wide benchmarking of key financial metrics as part of a peer group comparison in order to identify focus areas and areas of improvement.
