Position: Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

About the Role:


We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead key financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis functions. This role will work closely with leadership to deliver actionable financial insights that inform business strategy and improve operational outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

- Deliver in-depth analysis on revenue, cost, and profitability to support business decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance drivers and influence strategy.

- Build and maintain financial models for strategic planning, investment evaluation, and business cases.

- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze variances, and highlight trends.

- Prepare executive-level presentations for monthly and quarterly business reviews.

- Identify financial risks and opportunities through historical and trend analysis.

- Support high-impact projects such as M&A evaluations, pricing strategy, and new initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems.

- Align financial planning activities with organizational goals and market dynamics.


Key Skills and Competencies:


- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial metrics, and business levers.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP BPC).

- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines.

- Effective communication and influencing skills across levels and functions.

- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.


Qualifications:


- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent professional certification.

- 812 years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in Retail, FMCG, or E-commerce.

- Experience partnering with senior leadership and managing high-impact financial projects.
