Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis/Reporting
Qualifications:
- MBA from Tier 1 B Schools only.- 7+ years of relevant experience in FPNA and Reporting
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus,
- Experience with BI Tools such as Looker, Tableau, MS Power BI, etc . is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point
- Ability to handle large volumes of data
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
- Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges; creative problem solver
- Successful at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Technical Know-how/Tools used:- BI Tools such as Looker, Tableau, MS Power BI, etc . is preferred
Essential Functions:- Prepare and review financial reports for internal and third-party clients
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages for management, rating agencies and lenders
- Perform detailed financial and variance analysis of significant account
- Research and prepare responses for communication with clients, explaining financial reports and variances
- Work with various accounting teams on variance explanations
- Work with internal partners to create efficiencies in preparing financial reports
- Learn month end reporting processes
- Shadow the communication with internal stakeholders, explaining financial reports and variances
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financials
- Participate in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring all accounting information is gathered and communicated for a seamless transition
- Conduct special projects and prepare ad hoc reports at the request of management which includes research and providing conclusions on technical accounting issues
