Job Description:

- Analyzing business data for effective business decision

- Forecasting & budgeting cash flows

- Cost optimization and analysis of expenses

- Preparing and maintaining yearly detailed budgets/mid-year forecasts under different planning cycles and comparing with actuals so also suggesting action plans

- Preparing budgets for different functions of the organization

- Preparation of Annual and Quarterly budget and monitoring actual performance against the same, and highlighting the management for deviations

- Key member responsible for Finance automation, involves understanding of various finance processes, identifying scope of automation, working with third party vendors

- Conducting various adhoc analysis and strategically addressing issues that are complementary to the regular planning cycles and process

- Collating, Finalizing and submitting data to external auditors for quarterly statutory audits, assisting on audits and resolving queries

- Key part of the project to improve cost to Income Ratio of the company

- Analyzing the cost, liaison with different departments to understand the various aspects affecting cost and suggesting action plans to top management to control cost

- Monthly tracking of P&L expenses including deep dive investigation of material breaks, root cause analysis and fixing the gap with proper resolution leading to effective management

- Liaising with business and IT team and reduced SMS cost

- Responsible for cost benefit analysis of all outsourcing projects and capex plans
