Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Education

Must Requirements: Charted Accountant, Mon to Sat working from office, only FP&A Profiles.

- Financial Planning: Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasts; build long-term financial models.

- Analysis & Reporting: Deliver financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.

- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders, supporting strategic initiatives and investment decisions.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring performance and development.

- Strategic Projects: Support M&A activities and process improvements.

- Compliance: Ensure financial compliance and risk management

- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 8+ years of FP&A experience, with 3+ years in leadership.

- Big 4 experience preferred.

- Expertise in financial modeling forecasting, and reporting.

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
