Senior Manager - Financial Controllership - CA

Financial Controller who will be managing a team and shall be answerable for the books with proper coordination with the different functions in the company

- Educational Qualification : Chartered Accountant

- No of Years of Experience Details - in total 4 - 8 years

- Minimum relevant exp - 4 years

- Functional skills needed : Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, direct and indirect taxation

- Soft skills needed : MS office, SAP knowledge

Accounting and Internal Controls and Compliances :

- Knowledge of the Accounting Standards including Ind AS, have worked on Ind AS environment.

- Have the analytical abilities to correlate the underlying with the financial statements and have the probing capabilities

- Closing of the books on Monthly / Half Year / Annual Basis in a timely manner.

- Focus on the control environment necessary to maintain entity level controls and understand the fraud risk.

- Proactively take initiative to develop and maintain necessary internal controls

- Well versed with the Companies Act, Income Tax requirements impacting the financial statements

- Can independently respond to business and coordinate well within the function

- Possesses strong experience of working with the large companies and understand the challenges of the business

- Have Handled a Team of 5 to 8 persons reporting directly to him

Well versed with Business and Technology :

- Can expose himself for working with the business team closely, to keep proper coordination on the new and existing businesses.

- Understanding of the accounting platform and keen on developing the automation in the processes

- Have an understanding on how the business integrate with the process of automation and keen on development of the process
