Senior Manager - Finance Transformation - (US SHIFT)

Client is is a shared services Centre of the Group Company, a forty year old global commodities marketing and distribution business, focused on the petrochemicals and polymers industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- The role is part of the Global F&A team, hence it requires strong leadership and team collaboration skills to work along and with other key Senior Delivery Managers.

- Derive the optimum F&A solution while taking into consideration various business constraints Develop quality solution models and support solution architect with quality analysis on solution aspects

- Study existing F&A process in transaction processing (AP, Treasury and Inventory) and identify areas for improvements.

- Identify, conceive and present implementable projects for timely and qualitative delivery of F&A outputs

- Represent F&A on improvement Projects identified by Management for SAP, Reconciliations & Reporting at Global level.

- Represent F&A on transformation Project identified by Business Operation team.

- Leverage on RPA implemented in existing process by adding additional F&A processes to enhance productivity of the team

Technical Requirements :

- Operational delivery experience in F&A processes. Well versed with associated F&A Processes.

- Excellent analytical and Technical skills Good interpersonal skills. It is important that the candidate displays collaboration within / across teams Good written and oral communication skills along with advanced MS Outlook knowledge.

- Must have experience in translating information/ delivering key messages through power point presentations to senior stakeholders Strong organizational skills required; including good time management

- Willingness to learn, work in accordance to project based time zones, grows and stretches into the role.

- SAP Background preferred

Work Experience :

- Experience Required : 10 to 12 years of experience in a reputed medium to large-scale consulting/ preferably in Manufacturing, distribution organization in F&A Process

Education : Chartered Accountant/ Master's in Business Administration in Finance.
