Roles & Responsibilities :
- Owned the set-up of the PMO and of the Transition Methodology for the global SSO
- Develop financial MIS and dashboards for the SBU across all locations.
- Prepare budgets, provided inputs for forecasting, and supported the pricing process
- Influencing Founders to shift from a Big Bang (high investment) approach to Lean Startup approach to develop Business Finance Marketplace Platform (BFMP)

- Hands on experience in managing R2R-General Accounting (Record to Report), Finance Planning & Analysis(FP&A), P2P-Accounts Payable (Purchase to Pay), O2C-Cash & Billing (Order to Cash), Auditing & Taxation, Budgeting & Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Statutory Compliance, System Implementation & MIS teams with solid planning and organization skills

External Clients & People and Team Management
- Developing/Implementing plans & SOP's for overall management, supervision and implementation of Roadmap projects & analytics resulting in cost saving, value creating initiatives and compliance
- Solutions for new projects (deals), financial forecast of Deal (account) P& L, Balance sheet until the contract term and mobilization including coordination, resourcing, acquiring, technology setup, capacity planning and successful Go-Live of the project with client sign off
- Handling day-to-day operations, scrutinizing/performance of the team and providing assistance to the team members to improve their functioning and processes
- Ensuring proper follow-up of the company policies with the team and ensuring no deviation
- Defining, Planning & Executing new processes & controls for efficient functioning on people & infrastructure and proper utilization to effect maximum productivity and cost savings through Cost to serve measure or Seat utilization management
- Monitoring all activities to deliver the service to client on a daily basis that includes all critical deliverables without any deviation on timelines agreed or to the Service Level Agreement/Metrics (SLA)
