Senior Manager - Finance Transformation (6-10 yrs)
The role will involve :
- Change management & transformation with a focus on Finance
- Assist in developing the a vision and blueprint for the finance function of the future - Enhance financial governance including the ability to monitor client / product / insurer profitability
- Help enhance profitability through improved cost management, reduced working capital & increased asset utilization - Optimise finance and other business processes in line with the business strategy (including through establishment of COEs) for improved cost and effectiveness
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Identify opportunities for improving the way company work & build a case for change
- Lead large programmes and ensure benefit delivery as per financial / other targets
- Develop and coach operational managers, business stakeholders, project resources
- Ensure compliance with the standard ways of working
Functional / technical skills :
- Strong Project Management / Change Management skills
- Excellent MS office skills - Business requirement analysis and definition
- Budgeting and planning
- Stakeholder and Communication Management
- Proven capability in running a multi geography/ multi divisional programme
Generic Skills :
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving orientation
- Strong people and relationship management skills
