Recruiting a Senior Manager - Finance & Taxation for a multinational Bank. The role involves : 1. Financial Accounts Management/Finalization: To ensure timely and accurate accounting in compliance with the Accounting Standards, Indian/ IFRS in the branches, responsible, for consolidation and finalization of accounts, reconciliations of Indian IFRS, preparation of Closing Reports (Quarterly Basis) as per IFRS . 2. Corporate Taxation Issues: To handle issues relating to corporate taxation and responsible for preparation and submission of details and for attending hearing. To assist in all process of Opening New Bank Branch and obtaining all the necessary permissions and clearance from various departments of RBI and various other authorities. To manage the accounts (Indian Operations) at the corporate level. 3. Audit Facilitation: Coordination with Auditors for smooth conduct of Audits and to ensure prompts resolution of issues identified by them. 4. Statutory Compliance: To ensure compliance of the various Corporate and Fiscal Laws, Statues,Enactments, Guidelines etc. in all the transactions 5. MIS: To prepare and review regularly MIS reports (Monthly Profit chart, CD Ratio, Suspense) to facilitate decision making. Ideal candidate will have 8-12 years experience in Regulatory Reporting to RBI &amp;&nbsp;reconciliations of Indian IFRS within Banks. This role is based in Delhi &amp; we will consider candidates who are currently working in Delhi/NCR only.
