Senior Manager - Finance - Software Business

The incumbent should be a CA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA with 10 to 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, Internal Controls, Taxation & Compliance in a reputed Software Company.

The incumbent will be responsible for -:

1. Create and update our books of accounts.

2. Generate monthly, quarterly and annual P&L and annual balance sheet.

3. Generate monthly cash flow statements and forecasts.

4. Generate monthly, quarterly and annual MIS.

5. Generate periodic outstanding statements and follow up with sales/delivery people for timely collection.

6. Ensure a proper contract management process is being followed and ensure proper invoices are raised on time.

7. Ensure all statutory payments are made and GST/income tax/PF etc filing is done properly.

8. Help in generating financial projections for future based on inputs from sales and delivery.

9. Ensure all banking transactions are done properly and bank statements are reconciled.

10. Look at financial control function to look at all vouchers and ensure diligent passing of expense vouchers and raise appropriate issues to attention of management.
