Senior Manager - Finance - Real Estate - CA

We need Finance Controller for one of the leading Real Estate Group.

Controller- CA with 12-15 years with good exposure in controllership, SOX . would prefer some one from any industry

Location: Bengaluru

Qualification: CA & CS( Mandatory)

Job Description:

- Review of various schedules of balance sheet and income statement prepared by various teams within finance.

- Make a presentation to the department head on the findings and resolution.

- Keep a tracker on the implementation of recommended solutions and publish a monthly tracker.

- Work with other teams on the implementation of recommended solutions.

- Review of local books reconciliation.

- Review risk and control matrix for all finance processes and update. Review the operating effectiveness of controls documented in RCM matrix.

- Review of various statutory compliances.

- Analysis of SG & A cost and make recommendations

- Attention to detail, proficiency with MS Excel, strong analytical skills, and good written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with senior management are required
