The SAP Reporting Hub is a new function within Organization Finance team that is being established to help Finance community to maximise the value that we gain from investment in SAP.

This new function will drive standardisation of the reporting landsape across Organization Finance team's and lead the design, development and support of standardised SAP and non-SAP reporting templates and dashboards to enable best in class reporting capabilities.

This important new role is both strategic and technical in nature and will lead this exciting new function.

- Driving the reporting rationalisation and standardisation agenda across Organization Finance team, leveraging knowledge of reporting best practice and maximising the usage of reporting systems and tools

- Designing and delivering a reporting development roadmap that enhances the use of financial data and puts the right information in the hands of the right people at the right time

- Influencing senior stakeholders (up to FD level) on adoption of the reporting roadmap and ability to successfully drive change across a wide group of stakeholders.

- Leading the Reporting Hub team in the design, development and support of standardised SAP and non-SAP reporting templates and dashboards that support strategic decision making.

Desired Profile :

You are:

- An experienced leader of Finance reporting development or support in a large organisation, with a strong track record of delivering high quality SAP and non-SAP reporting templates and dashboards.

- A commercially astute SAP advocate, comfortable discussing the commercial impact and return on investment of developing best in class SAP reporting capabilities.

you'll be doing


- Leadership of the Reporting Hub, growing and motivating the team, setting direction and pace, and establishing standards and principles for delivery and engagement

- Leading the design, development and support of SAP and non-SAP reporting templates and dashboards that improve the level of reporting capability across Organization Finance team,

- Being a vocal advocate for SAP reporting capability development and the value-add that can be achieved from an efficient and effective system-based SAP reporting approach.

- Implementing best in class development practises to deliver flexible and versatile solutions

- Managing reporting development projects, and providing updates on progress, risks and issue resolution

- Working closely with the Group Finance Shared Services and Business Unit Finance leads to effectively manage reporting development requirements, delivering standardised outputs and pushing back on bespoke requests, where necesasary.

- Partnering with Technology to ensure appropriate support for new reporting template and dashboard development projects (e.g. managing requirements into Technology for changes in the underlying CFIN or BW data structures).

- Establishing robust checking and validation processes for reporting capability development with a zero-tolerance approach to technical error.

- Development of an Information Governance team to establish a Finance Reporting Catalogue, tracking and maintaining standard reporting across Organization Finance team.
