Senior Manager - Finance - Pharma/BFS (9-13 yrs)
VNR Advisory is a specialized retained search firm working exclusively with promoters to help them hire specialized professionals for their companies. We are industry agnostic and work across India, Europe, USA, Middle-East Asia and Africa.
We are hiring Finance executive/manager for our Navi Mumbai-based client.
Key Responsibilities:

1.Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2.Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
3.Develop financial strategies and plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
4.Provide financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making processes.
5.Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6.Ensure compliance with all tax and financial reporting requirements.
7.Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, bankers, and investors.
8.Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure internal controls are in place.
9.Provide financial analysis and support for business development activities, such as mergers and acquisitions or new product launches.
Qualifications:
1.Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2.Professional certification such as MBA Finance (CA, CMA, CFA not required) is preferred.
3.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
6.Proficient in financial analysis and modeling tools such as Excel and financial planning software.
7.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
