Senior Manager - Finance Operations - BPO (10-15 yrs)
Leading MNC in Bangalore is looking for a Senior Manager - Finance Operations.
- The role would be responsible to build and lead their finance operations team in India.
Areas of responsibilities
- Build, lead and develop a team of 15-20 finance specialists and associates
- Integration of operations
- Setting up strong financial processes aligned with global practices
- Manage core transactions finance function - accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, financial reporting
- Provide support and oversight for group finance functions including; Group reporting / technical accounting, business partnering / financial planning and analysis, treasury operations
Desired experience and background
- CA/MBA with 10 years work experience in finance and accounts function
- Proven track record in building effective teams preferably in international organisations
- Experience in leading and managing finance teams
- Experience with SAP (Specifically S4 HANA and Analytics Cloud)
- Broad general accounting knowledge including a solid understanding of IFRS
