Senior Manager - Finance - Manufacturing - CA/ICWA (10-15 yrs)
1. Accounts & Budget
2. Complying accounting systems & procedures.
3. Supervising the timely preparation of statutory books of Accounts and finalization of the same.
4. Coordinating with statutory auditors.
5. Evaluating internal control systems / procedures to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.
6. Preparation of Budget and variance analysis thereof
7. Monthly reporting to Holding Company
8. Treasury management
9. Preparation of quarterly & annual accounts
10. General Management
11. Liaison with cross functions for smooth operations of the Organization (Production, procurement, administration)
12. Payroll management
13. Inventory management
14. Costing
15. Determining the manufacturing cost and MRP of the product; compiling cost and performance reports, cost benefits analysis and critical analysis of cost reports.
16. Preparing cost sheets of the products manufactured and giving selling rates to the Marketing Department as and when required.
17. Taxation & Statutory Compliances
18. Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely payments and filing of tax returns in compliance with statutory tax Acts
19. Liaising with government departments, regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations
20. CA / ICWAI with minimum 10 years- post qualification experience in any manufacturing industry with the capability of handling finance and accounts function for a medium-size organization (INR 500 Crore)
