About Jay Precision Products: - Jay Precision Products Private Limited is a 30+ year old manufacturer of pharmaceutical devices, toys, special purpose machines etc. We have and continue to serve global and Indian pharma and toy MNCs since our inception. We- re searching for an experienced CFO to join our team of high-performing professionals, to manage our finances and be instrumental to our planned growth strategy. - The CFO will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on company operations, helping us to analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position both organically and inorganically. This seasoned strategist not only understands current accounting practices and trends, but has proven experience raising capital and adapting to change- both in growth and downsizing. As a member of our senior management, he or she will be comfortable in a leadership role that demands clear communication and presentation skills. Objectives of this Role : - Be primarily responsible for driving the financial strategy of the organization while reporting directly to the CEO. - Responsible, either directly or by managing staff, for all corporate finance, cash management, controls, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting. - Coordinate the development of the annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and reporting against the same. - Ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization. - Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management, project management, cross team communications and workflow. - Comply with national, state, and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing compliance, and taking action. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Work with the CEO to efficiently develop proposal budgets, provide access to project finance information, and manage contract/grant compliance and reporting - Drive corporate finance requirements of the organisation. - Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, identify areas of cost reduction and process enhancement. - Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives - Oversee HR function with respect to the overall payroll structure and hiring of finance team. - Engage with all internal and external stakeholders (creditors, debtors, bankers, investors, consultants etc) to expedite an accelerated growth trajectory. Skills and Qualifications :&nbsp; - Master's degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance. MBA from Tier- I colleges or CA/CFA is preferred. - 5-8 years experience in finance. Experience in investment banking or private equity is definitely a plus. - Leadership skills and ready to drive the financing efforts of the organisation. - Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills - Understanding of advanced accounting, corporate finance, treasury, regulatory issues, and tax planning (direct and indirect). - Working knowledge of raising capital beyond traditional lines of credit.
